By signing below, the requesting organization acknowledges and agrees to the following:
- All presentation materials, slides, handouts, recordings, trademarks, logos, educational content, and other intellectual property provided by Wellness Grove remain the exclusive property of Wellness Grove and shall not be reproduced, distributed, published, modified, recorded, livestreamed, photographed for commercial use, or otherwise used without Wellness Grove's prior written consent.
- The presentation may not be audio recorded, video recorded, livestreamed, photographed for commercial purposes, or otherwise reproduced without Wellness Grove's prior written consent.
- Wellness Grove's presentations are intended solely for educational and informational purposes. Nothing presented during the engagement constitutes medical, psychological, psychiatric, counseling, legal, or other professional advice to any individual attendee, nor does attendance create a provider-patient, therapist-client, or other professional relationship.
- The requesting organization understands that participants remain solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, health care, and implementation of any information discussed during the presentation.
- The requesting organization agrees to provide a safe, appropriate, and reasonably secure environment for the presentation.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wellness Grove shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the presentation or any attendee's reliance on information presented.
- The requesting organization agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Wellness Grove, its employees, and representatives from claims arising out of the requesting organization's negligence, the condition of the premises, or the conduct of attendees.
- Wellness Grove shall not be responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including illness, severe weather, governmental action, transportation interruptions, or other emergencies.
- This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
- This form, together with any written proposal or invoice issued by Wellness Grove, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the speaking engagement.
